About the Foundation
A nonprofit built for island opportunity.
IslandTech Foundation is an American Samoa–based nonprofit organization helping communities turn technology, knowledge, and partnerships into practical progress.
We created the Pacific Islands Innovation Center (PIIC) as our core platform for connecting local talent with technical expertise, education, funding pathways, and solutions designed for island conditions.
Our work is community-centered and partnership-driven. We strengthen—not replace—the organizations already serving our people, while building the local capacity needed for solutions to last.
